About Harry
A veteran of the 1st King’s Regiment with service in Germany and Northern Ireland. Passionate about mental health and disability advocacy, drawing on personal experiences to support others in the care sector.
About Rebecca
Rebecca’s a force to be reckoned with. Once 20 stone, she transformed herself into a competitive bodybuilder, proving that determination and self-belief can conquer any challenge. Her passion now lies in sharing her knowledge and inspiring others to unlock their own potential.
About Tony
Tony began his journey into the world of bodybuilding in 2023. Since then he has competed with PCA – First timers -1st place. PCA – Universe 3rd place. PCA – British – 5th place. Guest Poses for 2 events – NAC and IBFA to open doors for disability category.
About Susana
Embracing the natural bodybuilding lifestyle for over 10 years, Susana made their competition debut in 2017. They are a passionate advocate for achieving peak physique through hard work, disciplined nutrition, and a commitment to clean training.
